Global TIES (globalties.ucsd.edu) – An internationally recognized interdisciplinary program in human-centered design, social innovation, and sustainable development.

National Academy of Engineering Grand Challenge Scholars Program (gcsp.ucsd.edu) – An undergraduate certificate program, open to students of all majors, in which students use the Grand Challenges or UN Sustainable Development Goals as a unifying theme for their curricular and co-curricular activities.
